This is why we offer Rutland Home Services and partner with several other medical, therapy, and home care services. This effort has been undertaken to offer a few small ‘extra help’ services to allow our residents to live independently for a longer period of time. We have seen many occasions where residents and family members are broken-hearted to think of relocating. We understand and support relocation when their own safety and medical condition require a higher level of care. We encourage them and help to facilitate the move, but our programs have proven time and time again, to be highly effective in enabling our residents to remain with us much longer…preserve their independence and create a much-preferred result for residents and their family members.”

Rutland In-Home Therapy – Legacy
Established in 1999, Legacy Healthcare Services is a therapist-operated provider of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and wellness services. Legacy provides these services within independent, assisted living and memory care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and CCRCs across the nation. Legacy’s dedicated therapists utilize evidence-based clinical care to transform the lives of residents and to empower them to live a life full of purpose, safety, and dignity. Legacy’s rehabilitative and wellness services are available on-site at Rutland Place.
Blue Sky House Calls
Blue Sky House Calls specializes in keeping the residents at Rutland Place out of the hospital and remaining independent as long as possible. They provide evaluation and management of medical conditions, manage your care as you transition between medical services, coordinate in-home diagnostic and laboratory testing, home health and more. Everything the traditional doctor’s office provides can be all done in the comfort of your home at Rutland Place.
Blue Sky can serve as your primary care provider, or as needed for the times you are unable to see your traditional doctor. Blue Sky participates in traditional Medicare, Cigna Health Spring, and Humana Medicare Advantage networks. They will review your insurance benefits before beginning any treatment. Podiatrist, Dr. Irene Campbell
Dr. Irene Campbell offers care for corns, calluses, nails, arthritis, heel pain, ingrown toenails and neuropathy. She visits Rutland Place on a regular basis and you can sign up at the Information Center. Most Insurance is accepted including Medicare, Blue Cross, Humana, Cigna and many more.
